Also included are all the ancillary items that you need to enjoy the boat right away: shore power cables, life jackets, beach towels, cleaners, deck brushes, dock pole, dock stairs, fire extinguishers, vacuum cleaner, extra sheets (new), spare belts, etc
Please note, there are no electronics for fishing. I dont fish, no fish finders. No depth gages. No flux capacitors.

I have TONS of extra parts which all go with the boat.

9000 BTU Split unit AC: I added an additional AC because I almost never take the boat out. It sits at the dock. As you know a standard water cooled boat AC system is complicated, if one small component fails it could destroy the entire system or worsesink the boat. The split unit I installed is hassle free and runs 24/7. I will remove it if you dont want it.

No leaks, no electrical issues, no mold, no smells, no insects,
